Bottled and drunk at home from Rare Breeds bf 08. Hazy gold, slightly yeasty medium cider, quite acidic even. 8 hours after I bottled it, it’s still got all the flavours and tastes fresh. Bit of orange squash flavour. Yeasty aroma. Bready wholemeal bread finish. Fine.
