A crystal-clear Wheat Ale, rich yellow in colour, brewed with the addition of coriander and orange zest. Coriander adds a delicate hint of spice to the citrus hop aroma and creates a deep and satisfying warmth in this ale’s mildly bitter finish. The tang of orange zest complements the wheat and barley malts’ biscuit and vanilla notes, producing a well-balanced and highly quaffable ale.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 08. Bright gold with thin off white head. Bit of grapefruit, some peach, not too much hop, but fine.

Cask-conditioned at the Hillgrove Porter Stores, Bristol 2/5/08. Pale amber coloured with a slight white head. Aroma of citrus, light spicing and grain. Light mouth feel with a hint of spicing, sweet malt and some citrus hops in the finish. Enjoyable.
