Cask handpull at Thomas Ingoldsby, JDW, Canterbury. Copper colour with lasting beige head. Floral hop, some yeast, fairly light malts. Some caramel, some hop bite on finish. Yeah, itβs ok, but not a stunning bitter.

Cask at the William Morris (JDW), Hammersmith. Brilliant gold with a creamy white head and good lacing - an excellent looking pint, but everything went downhill from there; caramel malt aroma; creamy, smooth and sweet, with some bitterness but rather more caramel sweetness. Sickly.
