Cask at Dean Swift. It pours golden yellow, with a decent bubbly white head. The nose is wood, toffee apple and white sugar. The taste is cardboard, wood, leather, astringency, lemon pith, brown bread and sweaty sock, with a long dry finish. Light to medium body and low carbonation. Not great.

Cask gravity at Rare Breeds BF 2007. Copper, thin bubbly off white. Biscuity citrus session bitter. Very quaffable, decent lemon/lime bite on finish. Slight mineral flavour.
