Mighty strong barley wine. Honeyed flavours and a powerful hop punch.

Brewed for the 23rd Pigs Ear but available again for the 25th Pigs Ear (nice one Keen!) Hazy amber beer. Slightly aged caramel nose which carries over to the flavour. This soon fades because the beer is sharp, dry and tangy sour. An English Lambic? Or infected? Either way a bit too dry for me!

Bottle at Chris_O bottlefest 2007. Amber colour with thin off white head. Decent citrus. Like all Milton beers, well made. Little bit syrupy, some lemon/lime citrus. Bizarre strong citrus beer.
