Howling Hops Mini Saison Fest. Light haze on this gold beer, residual white head. Light dry palate - moderate carbonation. Light herbs and what tastes like ginger - but Ang says there is none in here. Bitterish lemon squash. Finishes semi dry with a bitter lemon linger. Interesting beer.

Cask at the Cock Tavern, London during the Spring Saison Session. Pours mostly clear, deep gold with a fine, creamy white cap. Plenty of dried herbs in the nose, mild yeast. Light to medium sweet flavor with more herbs, some doughy malts, drying yeast, somewhat gritty piney bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly bitter to finish, some pine needles, tangy citrus, dry doughy bread. Decent.
