Half-pint, cask ale at The Bull. Shared with Finn. A bubbly ring to the rim of the surface, clear pale golden body, scattered lacing. Subdued aromas of ripe lemon. Biscuit, white bread, and lemony hops to the taste buds. Grain-fruity ending with distant bitterness to it. Drinks well. Satisfying. (Birmingham 14.02.2023).

500ml bottle. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of straw, hay, citrus hint. Taste is malt, toffee, biscuit, with some straw, hay, and mellow citric bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Cask at Moon under Water, Wolverhampton. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with minimal white head but good lacing. Lemon and biscuits in the aroma. Initial taste in the mouth is fairly sharp. This resolves itself in due course into citrus, lemon and hops, with a touch of caramel. Finish is dry and bitter. Bit too much lemon for my taste.

Bottle from Morrisons. Pours a clear light golden/yellow colour with a medium sized throthy white head. Aromas of citrus lemon, biscuits and floral with a touch of honey. Taste is the same notes again as detected in the aroma. Citrus, grassy hop and some sweetness on the finish . Thin to medium body with a smooth gentle oily mouthfeel. Nice.
