Wadworth's summer cask beer is brewed with fragrant Saaz hops normally used for premium lager. These hops deliver a delicate aroma and bitterness making Summersault ideal for summer quaffing.
Summersault is best served cool and dispensed with a sparkler.
Summersault is brewed with lightly kilned pale malt flavoured with Fuggles, Styrian Goldings and Saaz hops. These are added at both the start of the copper boil and as 'hop tea', a hot water infusion, as the copper casts. This achieves a highly fragrant brew with bitterness units of 27. Colour rating is 12.

Cask at The Nut Tree, Murcott, Oxon Dark golden beer with slight haziness and white head. This beer was sweet a bit tired and past its best to be fair still drinkable but will need to seek out again.

[Cask at GBBF 2005] A pale orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is quite light with notes of sulphur and fruity esters. The flavor is sweet malty combined with an OK hop presence, but leading to a dry metallic end. The metallic note is a drawback.

Cask at County Hotel JDW Ashford. Golden, quite hoppy with citrus but then reduces to sweaty socks aroma. Bit of lemon and then nothing much rather disliked it by the end
