7/4/2026. Cask at Jaks Bar, Douglas, IoM. Clear straw gold pour. Aroma is corny, husky, grassy, flowery, herbal. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. A little rough at first, did improve on first impressions.

Cask @ Thomas Rigby’s, Liverpool. Golden with a creamy head. Has an organic-gassy aroma that’s not too great. Thankfully it’s a steady well-balanced session taste with a decent enough texture.
