Bottle from Sainsbury's, Prenton, the Wirral.
Appearance - golden and fairly clear. White head.
Nose - dried orange, going into orange barley water, some toffee and caramel.
Taste - yep, orange, toffee and caramel, some brown bread this time.
Palate - light to medium bodied, a little sweet in the middle but with some hops drying action on the finish.
Overall - ok.

Bottle from Sainsbury's Supermarket, Salford. Dark clear amber with a head. You can taste the darker fruit in this one, which is a plus as it's quite a dull drink in the grand scheme of things, although drinkable.

[50cl bottle from Sainsbury's, Bracknell.] A dark amber pour with a tight white head; floral hop aroma; sweet caramel malt body; and a twiggy bitterness with a touch of lemon and sharpness to the finish. Light and refreshing.

500ml bottle. Amber in colour, with a thin, off-white, head and moderate carbonation.Aroma of ripe cereals, leafy hops and a flinty, mineral note. Easy drinking, with more maltiness, a hint of citrus and red berry fruitiness, before moderately bitter finish. Fine.
