Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
[Cask at the Goldengrove (JDW), Stratford.] An opaque black pour with a trace of purple and a thin cream head; aroma of toast and brown sugar; velvety soft and smooth with a fruity taste and an oaty body; then a dry bready finish with more fruit. Excellent.
