Big, bold, and bitter, this triple IPA features a heavy addition of Zeus hops providing a bitter backdrop to counteract the sweetness that comes from its high alcohol content. Dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and a touch of Sabro for layered notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and pine.

Pale, hazy, has a thin head. Bright lemon-lime hop note, light apricot. Medium bitterness and a bit of alcohol. This is quite good.

473 ml can. Pours a hazy chalky gold with moderate head. Aromas of pithy citrus, melons/mangoes and wheaty malts. Flavors of same with additional dank hops. Bitter finish.

Pale blond colour, cloudy. The aroma is fruity, and dank; lemon pie. Perfect body for the strength: it's well structured, with minimal residual sugar, hence it's not too dry, it's not sweet; some oaty creaminess; bold hopping, with character of bitter citrus peel, and some dankness; the sabro combines well with the oats (coconut and cream). Quite bitter too.
Excellent.

16oz @ home shared with Alex. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: dank, resinous, somewhat juicy. Taste: along the same lines. Not boozy surprisingly. Moderately finish aftertaste. Overall: pretty good.
