Happy is created with a signature Moersleutel Imperial Stout base beer that has aged for 10 months on Indiana Rye Whiskey barrels and Blantons Bourbon barrels.
We advise to store this beer in our Moersleutel Advent Box and serve it fresh at a temperature of 12°C on December 23, 2022.

Can shared at home. Oily black pour. Aroma is heavy on the bourbon, shows fairly intense barrel character with cacao and nuts, and a touch of smoke too. Taste is sweet upfront, chocolatey, nutty, warmingly boozy, in the finish theres a surprising level of tannins, definitely ends on a drier note.

Can at lynne and euans. Pours black, nose is chocolate, woody, blackberry, taste is juicy fruit, chocolate, vanilla, wood.

can at shacky ghosts... dark black.. thin tan lacing... dark dry dusty rich chocolate roast malts nose.. deep rich chocolate roast malts.. heavy malts... big bourbon rich roast

Can from the source. Black with beige head. Some roast, chocolate, a bit of red fruit, some oak. Warming.

440 ml can. Pours black with short tan head. Aromas of fudge, bourbon, soft oak, vanilla, treacle and slick roasted malts. Rich syrupy flavors follow same with oaky nuttiness and graham cracker. Warm finish. Excellent
