Can from The Gull, North Vancouver
The can is hard like rock, it takes some skills to open without explosion and spilling; black liquid in the glass, with the expected huge, brownish head. Aroma of cacao, nuts, vanilla, and mild Brett. The mouthfeel is on the dry and weak side for the style, sign of the Brett eating up all those sugars; Brett, ashes, soil; and then chocolate, tonka beans, leather, with a metallic finish.
Infected, undrinkable, unprofessional.

355 ml can. Gusher pour of brown liquid from the can. Come on guys this is a stout… Aromas of plastic, spicy chocolate, tonka, vanilla, and soft roasted malts. Flavors of plastic, acidic nuts, powdery chocolate, and roasted malts. Needs work.
