Like a big snow fall on RED Mountain, this Cold IPA is something to get excited about. The local mantra is "all friends on a powder day", and in this spirit, we've collaborated with Rossland Beer Company to start the season off right. Lager yeast and piney chinook hop prominence combine to make this the perfect apres beer.

Can from Jak's Parkcrest, Burnaby
Pale blond colour, clean, with compact head, it looks like a glass of blond lager. The aroma is mildly lemony. Dry, lean, crisp; not much to say about the malt; baanced bitterness, with timid notes of grass and citrus peel.
Good hoppy lager.

473 ml can. Pours a clear amber with moderate head. Aromas of mangos, sweet pithy citrus, resin and soft toasted malts. Clean flavors follow same but with little finish. A good pub pounder.

Blonde colour, light haze and fine carbonation leading to a thick head. The aroma is pretty c-hop, some grapefruit and pine. The body is medium, with light sweetness and relatively low bitterness. There's some orange notes and a bit of pine. The yeast signature is pretty clean, and the malts slightly doughy. Not bad, though.
