Dry apple cider crafted in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island at B.C.’s oldest craft cidery. Fermented from a blend of English cider apples, it’s a perfect balance between sharps, bitters and a touch of fruitiness. 6% alc.

Exceptionally pale, almost as water in the glass. Mild apple taste. Soft tannins, very drinkable. Borders a mainstream cider, but clearly better than that. Off-dry finish.

6oz waiting for a ferry with George. Appearance: a clear champagne color with no head. Aroma: nice fermented apples with a bit of apple seeds, quite clean and pleasant. Taste: along the same lines, moderately dry and sweet, sparkly. Overall: pleasant.

On tap. Pours a very light hay color. Aromas of crisp, fresh cut apples. Flavors of dry crisp apples and a bit of cinnamon. Slightly tart. Nice carbonation. Refreshing
