Our first ever Fresh Hopped beer. This beer started as a light wheat ale before it was acidified using our in-house culture of Lactobacillus. We then blended it with Tangerine Puree and Dry-hopped with Fresh Cashmere Hops from Topp's Hops in Abbotsford, BC. Expect Tart citrus up front with grassy melon-like complexity. Mouth-watering and very refreshing.

On tap. Pours a hazy Gond with light head. Aromas of tangerine and soft wheat. Flavors of bright tangerine and earthy wheaty malts. Maybe some melon

Hazy and a very light tan colour, kind of a harsh kettle sour nose with acetic and lactic. Similar palate, though there is some soft malty sweetness. Still, no fruit, really, and all told it doesn’t come together.
