Inspired to the refreshing “bière blanche”, it is straw opalescent -looking, with a white and wide froth, brewed with barley and wheat malt, oats, water, leaven, hop, spices. The nose reveals aroma of cereal and ripe fruit with spices to obtain a soft, delicate and balanced taste. Fresh mouth, medium strong carbonation, light body, with a delicate citrus note, make it easy to drink especially in summer. Perfect as aperitif, with raw fish, delicious with “risotti”, white meat and fresh blue cheeses.

Tap at Beer&Food Attraction 2020, in Rimini, Italy. Pours hazt, very pale yellow, with very fine white foam. Aroma is classical orange peel and coriander. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is moderate in sweetness, just a hint of sour. Final is average.

Bottle at Verona airport, Italy, Sunday 8th September 2019 in the company of Kostas and Giovanna. Pours hazy gold with a sprinkling of dancing bubbles across the top. Fruity but with busy carbonation, a little sweet but pleasant. It's better than expected.

Sentori di frumento e speziato vanno a dare soddisfazione al naso. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera normale e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta opalescente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il finale è secco e un po' ruvido. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frumento e agrumi.

Bottle 330ml.Light light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, wheat, moderate hoppy, grass, orange - citrus peel, light yeasty, spicy, coriander notes. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and moderate bitter with a long duration, sour yeast, sweet grass - silage, fruity - spicy, fruity - orange tart note. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy to soft. [20121217]

Very pale yellow with slight frothy white head. Citric nose, fresh, coriander, thankfully not too much. Coriander however much more present in the taste, which doesn’t vary for a farthing. Quite carbonated MF, slight burning. Not bad, but rather boring.
