Pigs Ear. Believe this is the same beer as Ruby Red. Clear darkish amber beer, tiny pale tan head. Light palate, semi dry. Lovely rich marmalade hops with fresh citrus and red berry fruits. Good malt base with a little toffee. Semi dry finish. Hoppy and tasty!

Cask at Pigs Ear BF 2012, London. Pours clear amber with a foamy, white head. Big pine hop nose, some dark citrus - quite rich. Medium sweet flavor with continued intense pine character, ripe fruits, grass. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sticky finish, lightly abrasive bitterness, resinous pine, dirt, grass, toasted malts. Very good, though could use a bit of refining.
