It sounds like a lot of apples, but for a 30bbl system, it's really not. Can from Appalachian. Tulip glass @home. Whiff of spice right at the crack. Apple pie, butter crust, but lighter. Clear, light amber, off-white lace that eventually collapse into little cesspools. Twangy, tart, spiced, big acid Granny Smiths filling; coriander & clove. Wincing salt, mildly bitter, medicinal aftertaste. This is way better than yet another over the top melted pie slushie. As it gets warm, it gets increasingly bitter & vinegary. Now I don't want this either.

It smells like apples and cinnamon. The flavor is of sweet, ripe apples, some cinnamon and coriander, and some tartness on the back end. It’s a gose? This might pass as a cider.

Slightly hazy gold with a small head. Tart with champagne, apple and apple pie spices. Long finish. Medium body.
