Biológica. Mezcla de Malta y espelta (variedad de trigo adaptado a climas duros). Aroma a pimienta y especias. Sabor pimienta y plátano. Espuma duradera y abundante. Turbia clara. No es ni trigo no lager. Ni sorprende.

Im Glas schön gold-trüb, imTeko leider kein Schaum. In der Nase Orange und Banane, sehr angenehm. Im Trunk eindeutig Banane, dann Zitrus, süffig-süß, im Abgang kurz bitter, dann wieder bananig - lecker. Dinkel ist definitiv mein Fall.

Cloudy yellow beer with short-lasting head. Aroma of bread, citrus and banana. Slightly bitter finish. Hadn’t expected it to be that nice and refreshing.

Bottle @ home. Hazy orange colour with no head. Smells malty, sweet, slightly fruity. Tastes malts, wheat, slightly herbs. Medium body, nice carbo.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Dutchdrebus. Hazy pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma is sweetness, don’t get anything else. Taste slightly grains, pretty sweet, not much more. Somehow I don’t dislike it. Decent body and carbonation.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes gelbes Bier mit ordentlicher Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig, fruchtig, leicht hopfig. Geschmack malzig, leicht süß, leicht hopfig, leicht fruchtig.

Bottle 330ml (MBS)
Hazy yellow color, good white head. Grainy, malty aroma. Medium-bodied. Grainy, wheaty flavor. Somewhat sweetish too. It’s dinkel beer but tastes more or less traditional Zwickel. Decent.

Bottle at home. Originally rated 24102011. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, banana, sweetness and malts.

Bottle from mein-biershop.de. hazy golden color with minimal white head. Malt, yeast, citrus in aroma. Taste, malt, citrus, caramel. Wheat like finish. Little bit more on sweet side, than I like. .
