Bottle from mein-biershop.de. hazy golden color with minimal white head. Malt, yeast, citrus in aroma. Taste, malt, citrus, caramel. Wheat like finish. Little bit more on sweet side, than I like. .

330ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a small white head. Fruity,hoppy and slightly musty aroma. Hoppy,sweet and slightly tangy taste with notes of apricot,pineapple and sultanas. Fairly nice and a pleasant surprise.

Cloudy golden with a huge off white lasting head. Sweet aroma with spelt/wheat and fruity notes. Flavour had spelt, wheat, banana and yeasty notes. Finished sweet.

Bottle. Sweet banana, orange, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Nearly clear golden yellow color with moderate head. Sweet banana up front with a moderate bitter wheat malt flavor to finish. Nice body. Very nice dinkelbier.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, light to moderate hoppy, green grass, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate sharp hoppy bitter with a average to long duration, rubber notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100226]

sehr interessantes Bier, ungewöhnlich durch das verwendete Getreide. Schöne Flasche. Geschmacklich tendiert es Richtung dunkles Hefeweizen. BTO 12/2005

Bottle (from beerangel.de). Hazy goldenish orange colour with huge foamy white head, leaves some lace. Aroma is kind of cooked vegetables meeting caramel and mild fruityness. Also some slight wheatlike notes. Flavour is sweetish sour fruits mixed with cooked vegetables. Also some mild bananaish hints. Pleasant. Very smooth carbonation.
