Sticky, light chocolate, lots of caramel and pecan on the nose. Caramel dominates the palate. The body is a bit thin for this style - annoying mostly because Structures knows how to make epic pastry stout and this time they didn't. The adjuncts come across well but I'm wanting more sugar density.

Taster. Appearance: like a dak chocolate, brown head. Aroma: loads of chocolate, sweet, caramel. Taste: quite sweet, lots of chocolate with caramel, some light booze. Overall: good pastry.
