Amber, bright. Not mich head. Aroma is full of clove and ginger. Clean kettle sour, light chile, heavy on the spice. Pi�a is a bit lost, so it'�s really not something with any meaningful connection to tepache. It'�s not bad for a spiced sour, despite how assertive some of the spices are, but yeah, nothing tepache or Mexican here. Land acknowledgement on the outside of the can, cultural appropriation on the inside.
