Die Farbe ist sehr schön gelb-trüb, der Schaum hält sich mittellang. Im Antrunk ist das Ganze wässrig-süßlich. Zum Hauptteil hin kommt ein trockenes, brotiges Aroma hinzu, das zusammen mit der Süßlichkeit schon echt merkwürdig ist. Auf der Zunge hinterlässt es einen penetranten, sehr pelzig-herben Ton. Dieses Gebräu hat überhaupt gar nichts von einem Weizenbier – dagegen ist die „Dunkle Weiße Alkoholfrei“, die schon nicht umwerfend war, richtig lecker!
--> kann ich nicht guten Gewissens empfehlen – für ein Weißbier unter aller Sau! Einziger Pluspunkt – durch die Wässrigkeit ists sehr süffig, aber sonst eher nicht so zu empfehlen!
