Bottled as Lammsbrau Organic Non-Alcoholic Hefe-weizen. Smells of skunked wheat and barley. Hazy yellow, thin white head. Cloying flavor of cane sugar and lemon. Strangely, it has a bit of body, not much, but not the watery mess I expected. It kind of grew on me by the time I reached the bottom. I might drink this instead of a soda if given the choice, but I would prefer almost any beer over this.

The bottle looks very bio-like, the beer in the glass is dusty-turbid. Starts floury-dry, very moldy. Finish shows typical non-alcohol taste: moldy, mushy, grasy, sourish. Not good!

Bottled. Great skortila, what you bring back from Germany. So, there is a watery weizen, and also without alcohol?! Bleh.

Bottle. Quite hazy, golden body with a dense, but small, white head. Mostly fruity nose, but there’s a good dash of grainyness there as well. The flavor is fruity up front, almost tropical-like, but it is soon overpowered by grains. Thin and watery body. Grainy, fruity finish, lacking bitterness. Quite acceptable for a non-alcoholic, not for a weissbier. Rating: 4-3-3-2-7-1.9. 071011

Bottle, shared by HenrikSoegaard. A hazy, yellow-orange beer with a white head. Very grainy on the nose, quite fruity too and with some lemon. Not very pleasant. The flavor isn’t much better, with it’s grainy, wort-like sweetness, and it finishes in the same way. Thin and sticky on the palate. Hope I don’t make the mistake of rating it even one more time. 100812
