bottle from E.Leclerc Reims-Champfleury. Hazy pale yellow, white head. Malty and wheaty start, nice yeasty fruity hints and a shy hoppy finish.

Bottled@Tuulensuu, Tampere. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus, some slight sour wood as well as mild coriander notes. Flavour is similar, but also has more maltiness to it. All in all refreshing and quite a "thick" Witbier as for the flavour and palate.

Commissioned by the Petite Brasserie Ardennaise, like the other Oubliettes. Sticky, off-white head, hazy golden blonde colour. Aroma clearly ’wheaty’, green apple, soap, honey and a touch of green olives; soft fruity onset, wheat sourishness with some bready barley underneath, quite long and dry finish with spicy hops, more than usual in a witbier. Quite okay.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 02/2014.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a big and slightly yellow foamy head. Citrus-fruity and wheaty aroma with Belgian yeasty spice, a tinge of coriander and esters of bubblegum far in the background. Mildly bitter and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively, slightly sharp carbonation. Fruit-accented, yeasty and wheaty taste with bearable notes of coriander spice; quite dry, citric, moderately spicy and bitter-tart finish. Average Wit. 29.I.13
