24/X/2012 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ home - BB: II/14 (2012-1171)

Cloudy pale beige beer, big rocky creamy white head, stable, adhesive. Aroma: sweet ripe fruits, peaches and plums, ripe pears, bit sugary, candied orange peel, sweet malts, bit spicy. MF: lots of carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, quite some citrus, little sweet, pineapple, some grapefruit, oranges. Aftertaste: nice citric hops, bitter, little fruity, oranges, some pineapple, lime juice. Really decent beer!

Towering fluffy snowwhite head over hazy golden-yellow beer with a faint greenish hue. Quite spicy nose, rootspices first, citrus/coriander afterwards; bit soapy. Bitterish-spicy, coriander, fake citrus, sweat; unbalanced. Very spritzy to fizzy, light body. Another wit.

[Bottled from tap] Golden colour, near clear, brief head. Neutral aroma. Dry and fairly light bodied with somewhat sparkling, rounded mouthfeel. Notes of citrus and perfume. Vague herbal bitterness. Unconvincing.
