This beer, “Canned Fish”, is a tribute to the delicious offerings of tinned seafood served at Como, something Frankie and Shaun first experienced in Spain, and brought back to their restaurant as an additional treat (you should try the stuff they actually cook, too). As part of our collaboration, we will also be featuring some of these tinned fish specialties at Superflux. We highly recommend you visit ¿CóMO?
Also. No, there is no fish in this beer.
We used a unique base malt that was designed to be grown in the hot and dry climate of Southern Europe and are going to go ahead and call this beer a
Mediterranean Lager. We taste notes of lemon, hay, and cracker with a medium bitterness and crisp finish. Crack a can of Canned Fish and some canned fish and enjoy.

Draught at the brewery
Pale blond colour, clear. I appreciate that rhis is really crispy; it doesn't come with a ton of malt or hop flavour, but the husky, corn-y, crispy character is surely appreciated. Balanced bitterness.
