Dark brown, smokey nose, creamy, a bit gloppy, big smoke. It's not bad, for a non-lager brewery.

Big ole mug times dos with GoT @RL RL. Opaque, brown , suddy pour. Smoke, clovey spiced ham, banana phenols. Faintly tart, slightly sweet, savory ham, tasty grease. Note taking is antisocial, so I'm keeping it short.

Wow, nice to see something like this being made! More please! This is a nice caramel-sweet and campfire smoke beer. True rauchbier nose, light caramel behind the smoke. Deep amber color with a big foamy head, looks nice in their half liter dimpled mug. Flavor has a sharpness to the smoky malt profile that almost doesn't work. The german ones seem mellower, tamer. But otherwise this has a nice semi-dry malt profile with a linger soft bitterness, herbal hop notes, and a lingering campfire aftertaste.
