First pour @Gatlin. Clear, copper, off-white foam. Proper stange pour. Smokey spiced lamb sausage, cereal nose. Sticky bittersweet upfront, dry breakfast cereal, cream, oak. Barely any smoke outside the nose. Nicely frothy, a little acid, faintly boozy. Good+.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear dark amber with a small off-white head, light lacing. Smokey, toasted malts, ham, ashy. Very nice

Amber body. Bright. Thin head. Decent smoke, lots of Weyermann beech. Not sure the malt structure underneath it is all the way there, but I still like that smoke.
