Pigs Ear. Hazy amber beer, tidy cream coloured head. Weird nose of something lambic like, plus citrus and mild smoke. Palate is light and crisp. Weird sour cherry flavour. smoke and then sweet orange fruits. Dry finish. An all over the place mess.
