Our take on a French Saison features a light dry-hop complemented by generous measures of spicy rye, soft white wheat and silky oats that harken back to the golden fields from which they came. An effervescent libation that quenches those who are no stranger to toil. This is an honest brew, as fortifying as it is refreshing.
Fresh peach and apricot paired with wildflowers, citrus peel, and black pepper. A multigrain menagerie lends a shapely mouthful, yet still finishes dry, effervescent, celebratory.

Unexciting and thin. Barely any yeast funk. Small hops tickle. Mostly just OK beer.

Hazy, pale, looks nice. Not much head, though. Quite estery on the nose, big yeast character, touch of plasticy phenols, a little bit of that dry-hopping. A touch of wheaty acidity. Ends up not bad, for a brewery that doesn't specialize in this style.
