Happen to have a bit of Fredriksdal cherry wine from earlier left, so poured a touch. Really clear on the aftertaste, but a real elegance and brightness in the SARA that is overwhelmed by the wine next to it. Clean stone fruit, smooth, elegant funk.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with MiroB, Luka and Bojan. Intensive fruit, peach, some citrus, apples, chewy, barrel, funk. Juicy and complex. Touch of vanilla. Medium sourness. Very nice.

pale amber brown color. No head. Beautiful cherry oak, sour, funky Belgian yeast. Light cereal malt character. Full body, very tart. Nice linger cherry character.

Hazy and tan. Medium head. A bit of brett, light barrel and only the faintest hint of the fredericksdahl, but some woody notes, good complexity.

Tap. Pours hazy golden, small white head, good lacing. Aroma is bugs, cherry skins, a gin note, oak, hint of basement, earth. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk, very light cherry, a bit mineral. Medium body.
