Pale Ale
Isn’t there anywhere to park in this town? No. That’s how we keep the local population down. Brewing this Pale was the easy part, so we’ll close ‘em and you open ‘em. This one’s for the buds here and gone - and the renegades that go OB. Smell that? Winter’s coming.

Opaque yellow, small white head. Pleasant citrus/tropical nose. Sweet citrus palate, creamy mouthfeel with light fruity bitterness. Decent lacing.

Opaque, orangey-yellow sort of colour. Thick head. Hop notes kick off dried apricots, pomelo, and green grapes. On the palate, medium bitterness, more citrusy notes, again stone fruits. Malts are okay, a bit in the direction of sticky.
