Our newest Experimental IPA is brewed with Vic Secret and Citra Cryo. We used a new lot of 2022 crop-year Vic Secret for this brew. It has a super high oil content and is quite a bit more assertive and dank than last year's crop of Vic Secret but we still get lovely notes of lime, mango, pepper skin, and orange pulp.

Draught at the brewery
Murky blond colour. Potent aroma, tropical fruit, citrus zest. The mouthfeel seems very dry, but not weak; mild oats creaminess, but not much chalk, good quality from the hops (pine, citrus peel, bitter orange), Bitters, but also noticeable hopburn. Aggressive, and maybe rough, but it has character.

Opaque, yellow. Not much head. Nice melon, peach sort of hop character. Mild malt sweetness. This is one of the better ones so far.

Poured from the tap. Murky bright yellow with small white head. Dank, slightly muted, a bit oily, feint unripe mango character. Okay.
