Draught @ Norrebro Bryghus, Ryesgade 3, 2200 Copenhagen, Denmark.Light unclear medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, orange - citrus, grass notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long to average duration, citrus - orange, malty, hoppy, dry, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120920]

On tap @ Nørrebro Bryghus. Pours a hazy amber, with a small airy head. Aroma is very tropical, with passion fruits, mango and physalis. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Flavour has a quickly passing tropical sweetness, before the hoppy bitterness kicks in with grapefruit and spruce. Long bitter finish with orange peel, grapefruit and pine. Nice aromatic, yet bitter beer.

Draft. A hazy dark red beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrusy and spicy hops, bastogne bisquits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hops, hay, and bastogne bisquits, leading to a very bitter finish.

On tap. Hazy amber with an off-white head leaving a discreet lacework. Very exotic hop aroma, distinctly peachy. Quite full-bodied, lots of fruit and caramel but it’s the exotic hop blend that dominates. A little dusty perhaps. Not extremely bitter though. Nice one. 190912

Fra fat på Nørrebro Bryghus: Kort skum men duften er deilig. De har brukt Cascade og Citra (god balanse) som gjør den frisk og god til burgeren deres. Førsteinntrykket var mye humle men litt for liten maltkropp til 7%. God bitterhet med tørr avslutning. Forholdsvis kort skum, men det legger seg som et fint slør på glasset.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy orange to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is crisp hoppy, fruity, citrusy and light pine. Toffee malty, caramelish and grapefruity. Light citrusy, bone dry and bitter. Appleish finish.
