75cl. A clear deep golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of mild orange fruits, zest, mild bitterness. Taste of sweet mild funky fruity hops, orange fruits, tangerine, mild bitterness.

Old bottle. Hazy golden, Rocky offwhite head. Dry lemongrass cheesecake nose. medium light mellow body, perfumed, light belgian funk. Quite amazing given its age.

“Do not age this beer”, it said front and centre on the label. Rightfully so, because over a year after bottling, it’s not recognisable as a NEIPA anymore. Still enjoyable though, but I’ll refrain from rating it.

Clear warm golden colour, white head. Fruity aroma, hops, meadow grass, tropical fruits, malt. Bitter hoppy flavour, good sweet malt backbone, citrus, yeast. Quite fizzy. Sweet malty finish, light bitter, apricot. Lovely stuff!! Glad I saved my bottle till today, put it especially on room temp but dark, the bottle we opened when it just came out felt way too young. Put it in the fridge just yesterday - forgot about it a bit longer than anticipated I have to admit, but seems like I was lucky and hit the sweet spot. Great brew.

02/12/2017 @home - 75cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte. Clear golden with big pearly white head. Nose is malts, fruits, spices. Taste is sweet malts, some bitter fruits, spice from yeast, bit herbal.

Bouteille 75cl, bottled 18/8/2017, BB 18/2/2018. Dorée orangée, col blanc crémeux. Arôme offre un léger bouquet marqué de levure sans être trop dérangeant, note verte alternant sur noble, feuille verte et pointe de gazon. Palais est malté, pâle et pils, touche de levure, fruité vert et herbacé dans un effet noble - dans la lignée du Pallisade. Effervescence reste cependant assez faiblarde.
