A lot of UBE, some coffee, and coconut. Taste is along the same lines. Full-bodied. Finishes with ube and coffee with coconut. Interesting stuff.

Dark purple. Striking. Much darker than beers made with butterfly pea flower. Never seen this colour in a beer before. Medium purple head. That purple yam, rounded out by coconut, is the primary aromatic. On the palate I get more coconut and vanilla. Full body, rich for 9%. Moderate bitterness seems like just enough. This is really interesting.
