Takie niezobowiazujace, do chlania, nieco owocowe, nieco krzaczaste, nieco ziemiste jakies takie? Dziwne, na 100% nie NE slodkawe, lekkie

Originally made for BXL Beerfest, from a 75 cl bottle generously shared by Filip, thanks! Cobweb-lacing, snow white, thick and frothy, stable head over a hazy peach blonde beer with ochre-ish tinge. Aroma of pink grapefruit flesh, withering basil leaves, soggy old bread, bitter honey, lemon rind, dried apricot, melon, cloves, unripe banana. Fruity-estery onset, banana and peach with a sourish apple-like accent, sharpish and minerally carbonation; very bready, doughy, soggy malt soil, fluffy, with the breadiness enhanced by the yeast; aromatically and spicy hop bitter finish, retronasally mostly dried citrus peel and some dried mango, a dash of moist marijuana perhaps, but spicy 'Belgian' phenols as well; ends spicy and floral, grapefruity hop bitter as well as 'breadily' yeasty. Typical Belgian IPA concept, more tilted towards New World hoppiness than is usually the case in this compromise of international IPA and national blonde ale, but still with quite a lot of Belgian yeast effects making it a bit less clean than I feel that it should have been.

At Pre-Borefts tasting. Aroma of veggie hop, pineapple and strawberry. Taste has strawberry, pineapple, veggie hop and bitter citrus. Very nice, especially for a Belgian IPA.
