Draught at the brewpub. Slightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- very pleasant, malts, yeasty, apples, spicy and woody noble hops. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, smooth, malts and apples with delicate tones of German hops. Medium bodied.

Draught: Amber coloured, hazy, creamy and lacy off-white head; sweetish caramelly-fruity nose with slight aromas of herbal to tannic hops underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied and a bit fizzy; slightly lingering caramelly and fruity finish with a balancing bitter-tannic "tail". Quite well balanced Bier, but all in all not too great…

(draught) Hazy, amber to golden colour with a firm mid-sized foamy head. Slightly sugary and worty malty aroma with bready notes and a whiff of caramel. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Mildly bready malt-character with a tinge of caramel and a delicately herbal hoppy background; sweet and slightly bitter malt-accented finish with slightly worty notes and a discreetly herbal hoppy touch. A tad better than the average Festbier. 26.VIII.15

Draught at the brauhaus
Very nice malt aroma, not as crispy and light like the Sommerhell, but with an excellent biscuity note. Smooth and well carbonated mouthfeel, with malt flavor, light cereals, light honey touch; correct bitterness level with hints of grassy hops.
Elegant like all other beers at Forschungs.
