Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
Sort of a dull colour, but a thick head. Smells a bit oxidized and sure enough it's actually a shelf turd...I hadn't seen it before so I thought it was new. Oops. Moderate bitterness, some good sweet malts, but aside from a hint of citrus, the hop character has really tanked. It feels like the balance was good, though.
