Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111206]

Cask at Pig’s Ear 2011, London. Pours clear gold with a faint head. Fresh hop nose with biscuits and lemon. Fine and crisp flavor with some biscuits and a mild citrus kick. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Faintly dry to finish with more biscuity malts. Not bad.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, no real head. Smooth dry palate. Semi sweet hops, tangerine - orange. Light dry finish. Allright.

Cask at Pig’s Ear Beer Festival, London. Clear amber. Hay aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and hay. Balanced bitterness. A well made bitter.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Fest 2011. Deep ambery golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, wood, caramel and some maltyness and herbs. Flavour is fruits, caramel, some wood and mild crystal malty crispyness.
