Cask at Pig’s Ear 2011, London. Pours clear gold with a faint head. Fresh hop nose with biscuits and lemon. Fine and crisp flavor with some biscuits and a mild citrus kick. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Faintly dry to finish with more biscuity malts. Not bad.
