Thanks Craig aka Sledeutah.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a dark red/brown color with no head nor lacing.
The aroma starts with strong apple cider vinegar bleeding into dry oaky foeders. Smooth acidity. Light \"soured\" caramel malt.
The flavor leads with the Apple cider vinegar, sour, and full fledged, instilling no disturbance on my tastebuds of sticky sourness. Nice transition from sour apple aftertaste to quick dry oaky finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent beat down from the sour hitting my palate appropriately. Super low carbonation. Smooth malts, totally oblivious to the carbonation. Semi-stickiness but acceptable.
Overall, damn fine Flanders Oud Bruin by Squatters, I would definitely love to have again.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is moderately malt forward with toffee and dark caramel. Moderate fruit notes of raisins, figs, cassis, cherries and prunes. Some light alcohol notes with moderate acidity. Pours brown with a small, thin, tan head that recedes quickly to a thin film that lingers in clumps on the edges. No lacing or legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with a light sweetness. Medium light malt notes with toffee, caramel and toasted bread. Lots of bright fruit notes with raisin, cherry, berry, fig and prunes. Light oak notes with hints of alcohol. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low, but present alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent Flemish sour. Lots of bright fruit notes with some nice balanced malt character.

Bottle. Pours a clear orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is oak, cherry, vinegar. Thin mouth, tart cherry, funky, oak, very good.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy dark bronze with almost no head. Aroma brings out lots of oak, a touch of funk and a touch of red fruits. Flavour is very complex, with loads of oak, wood and funk. Some acetic notes on the finish. Complex and well-balanced, though I could do without the acetic notes. Very nice.
