Bottle from somewhere in Prague. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head and loads of bubbles. The aroma is light malt. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter with a dry mineral sickly sweet toffee malt palate. Light bodied with lively carbonation.

Can from an Eastern European grocers in Bedminster, Bristol. Pale gold in colour, with a decent, white, head. Very easy drinking, verging on watery lager. Sweetish, corny, malts a hint of lemon and moderately bitter finish. Gluggable summer drinking.

Bottled. Appearance: clear gold with a large white frothy head of decent retention. Aroma and taste: grain, light corn, some hops. Light to medium sweet, light bitter. Mouth feel: Light to medium body, lively carbonation. Summary: fairly inoffensive. Earlier rating: 1 pint can. Very pale yellow, tall foamy head. Retention below average. Sweet malty aroma, maybe some cardboard. Light body. Light sweet grainy flavour & nothing else really. Empty ending. Poor.

Bottle from Hanlon’s, Longford [241014]
Golden, very light amber, clear, frothy white head
Aroma - Very little on the nose, light sweet pale malt, corn
Taste of sweet light pale caramel, dab of corn, slight bitter hop, bit buttery, dull, taste not that appealing
Palate - Medium carb, medium light body, light sweet. Finish has some slight cereal.
Overall - Ordinary lager, got fed up with it and discarded the last 1/5 of the bottle. Meh.
