Heller, mild herber Beginn. Süffig, deutlich bananig, spritzig. Feine Karbonisierung, die starke Bananigkeit stört etwas. 10/9/9/9/8/9

Utterly forgettable.

Pale blond colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have some sweet pale malts. Overall a bit sweeter and more flavoursome than other lagers.

50cl can (4.6%) from IKI - Žvėryno žiedas, Vilnius. Pours pale golden with a modest, white head. The usual and expected grainy aroma with mild vegetable notes and hints of hops. Moderate sweet with very low flavour intensity and bitterness. Thin, watery and highly forgettable.

500ml bottle (as ŠVYTURYS AMBER): obtained from some random store in West Norwood, London. Drank with my son in his place on 18th Nov 2016. Bog standard Pale Lager/Pilsner: golden, clear and clean, fast fading white crown. Refreshing enough but lacking depth and flavour. Not really malty, not really hoppy, just a bland blend with a slight bitter finish.

Gulbrun klar med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Lukter lett honning, malt, korn og lett sitrus. Lett. Søtlig maltig smak, noe honning, lett bitterhet fra midten og ut. Kort.

Can from Prince International Supermarket, Ashford. Pale gold lasting white head. Bit of metal grainy aroma. Quite light in the mouth. Some fruit on the finish, more washing up liquid lemon/lime than anything else. Flavour isn’t awful. It’s fine, a little neutral. Finish is fine, some bite, some lemon hop. Not the worst pale lager ever, by a long way. OK.
