Tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Dark shade of blond, slightly hazy. Delicate vinous aroma, prelude to sourness, bugs. The acidity is moderate, the mouthfeel is slightly astringent, nice fruit character, juicy, grapes, some funk.
Excellent.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Clear orangey gold with a slight rose tinge and small white head. Funk and oak, some bugs, grape quality is fairly subtle. I prefer the MMXIX Pinot Noir overall.

Nice orange colour. Slight haze. No head. The pinot adds a nice character with some brett. On the palate, dry and complex. The pinot lends sweetness, and fruity texture to an other dry, woody, somewhat buggy base beer. Really nice.

750ml (thx, Drew P. !) @ Ryan's. Appearance: a bit hazy pale copper with a white head. Aroma: nice grapes, funk, barrel, little bugs. Taste: along the same lines, a bit astringent with noticeable tannins. Overall: good one.

EB from last weekends Pellicle Vergistingen dinner. First Floodland experience and this is great. Tart and funky with light fruit character and tannins.
