Dark brown, thin head. Full body, toasty, there’s a bit of tartness…not sure it fits well here…that’s the cold brew asserting an unpleasant characteristic into an otherwise pleasant beer. Kind of ruins the whole thing for me, especially because cold brew doesn’t have to be sour…if it is it wasn’t made correctly.
