Pale gold, with just a slight haze. Not much head. Light effervescence. On the nose, there's a fair bit of brett c and some red wine notes. On the palate, similar but the balance is more on the sweet pale malt, the brett less one dimensional (too bad, because I love brett c), and the barrel expression is woodier and less vinous. Interesting, in that respect but also I would have to say enjoyable. When I lived in The Hammer, I used to drive the bench just because it was beautiful. Imagine having a brewery like this to stop at...damn.
