On tap @ Stavio (Rome). Assaggiata in molteplici diverse versioni, il voto è una media tra tutte. Giallo paglierino, abbastanza limpida, schiuma media. Al naso sentori vinosi, lieviti, leggero citrico e appena acetico. In bocca è fresca, spicca per la carbonazione elevata, il carattere spiccatamente vinoso e l’originalità. Non somiglia a nessun’altra acida, e questo è il suo principale pregio. Il perfetto punto di congiunzione tra vino bianco e birra.

Cask (handpump) @ [ Birre Sotte L’Albero 2012 ]@ Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa, Via Benedetta 25, Roma, Italy 00153.Unclear - hazy medium orange colour with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, soour fruit, sour apples - grape, wood notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart fruit - grape, sour fruit - grape, sweet, orval - brett alike. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20121216]
